Mason Medical Products Premier One™ Cushion with Nylon Cover is designed specifically to reduce interface pressure and maintain skin integrity. The entire cushion is made of Luratex™ foam. Luratex™ is a revolutionary patented high resilient aerated foam. The formulation allows air to pass though the foam to keep the patient cool, dry and comfortable. The Unitek™ stretch nylon cover is low shear and waterproof.

- removable cover is made from a 4 way stretch low shear nylon fabric which reduces heat and moisture build up and is waterproof.
- Backing is non-skid to prevent sliding and has 2 adjustable straps to secure cushion to the wheelchair.
