Thermometer Usage Instructions
- Ensure both the thermometer and the user are in a room temperature environment (60.8°F-95°F) for at least 30 minutes before use.
- Turn on the thermometer by pressing the "ON/OFF/SCAN" button.
- Position the thermometer 0.59-1.97 inches from the forehead.
- Press the button for 1 second and wait for the beep sound to complete the reading.
- Wait at least 5 seconds between readings. The device will automatically shut off after 60 seconds of inactivity.
- To view up to 32 stored readings, hold the "ON/OFF/SCAN" button for 4 seconds.
- To switch between °C and °F, hold the "ON/OFF/SCAN" button for 8 seconds.
- Clean the probe with alcohol after use and store the thermometer in a cool, dry place.
- Avoid exposing the thermometer to water or using abrasive cleaners.
