Oxygen cylinder carrying case for a manual wheelchair designed for use by individuals with respiratory disabilities and mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. Made of water-resistant 420-denier nylon, the case holds one or two "D" and "E" cylinders. An adjustable snap allows the carrier to be fitted to the size of the cylinder. An adjustable extra-long top strap with buckle attachment secures the case to most manual wheelchair seats, and it can be positioned to the left or right of center to avoid uncomfortable contact with the wheelchair user’s head or back. There is a carrying handle for easy removal.
