DermaRite DermaDress Waterproof Composite Wound Dressing, Sterile
PRODUCT DETAILS
DermaRite DermaDress is a sterile, multi-layered waterproof composite wound dressing used to manage acute or chronic partial- and full-thickness wounds and ulcers with minimal to heavy drainage. A low adherent contact layer protects the wound bed while a low adherent pad with medium absorbency takes up exudate, and a semi-occlusive layer keeps external contamination out. A waterproof non-woven adhesive tape holds the dressing in place and maintains a moist wound environment. The dressing is self-adherent and showerproof.
The dressing is flexible and conformable, forms a bacterial and fluid barrier, does not shed lint and lifts off in one piece. It can be used with topicals, and it is not made with natural rubber latex. DermaDress comes in two sizes.
