The Coloplast Biatain Super is a highly absorbent hydrocapillary dressing for highly exuding wounds. Its hydrocapillary material absorbs, distributes and retains exudate at the wound surface, maintaining a moist wound healing environment while reducing the risk of leakage and maceration. The dressing has a documented haemostatic effect and is suitable for use under compression therapy. The line comes in an adhesive version for wounds surrounded by healthy skin and a non-adhesive version for wounds surrounded by fragile skin.
