Kendall Kerlix sterile gauze sponges are prewashed, fluff-dried woven pads with a crinkle-weave pattern that gives each pad loft and bulk to cushion and protect wound areas. Each 4 in x 4 in (10.2 cm x 10.2 cm) sponge is 12-ply, sterile, and made from high-grade 100% U.S.-grown cotton that exceeds USP Type VII gauze requirements. The sponges are well suited for prepping, cleansing, packing and debriding wounds, and for use as a primary dressing. Sold as a box of 25 peel-back packages, 50 sponges in total.
