Gentell Comfortell is a composite wound dressing with four distinct layers and a water-resistant border. Comfortell combines an absorbent layer with a selectively, permeable barrier that enables the wound to breathe while keeping out contaminants. Comfortell can be a primary dressing over a postoperative site, sutures or skin tears, and can also be applied as a secondary dressing with impregnated gauzes, wound fillers and enzymatic ointment.
