The Tranquility TopLiner Booster Pad is a flow-through incontinence booster — an insert worn inside a disposable brief or pull-on to add absorbency and extend its wear time. Instead of a leak-proof backing, the pad fills to capacity and then passes additional fluid to the host garment. The clothlike material is gentle against the skin and quiet when you move, and an adhesive strip holds the pad in place — more toward the front for men, more toward the bottom for women. Booster pads can be folded or even doubled for added protection, but should not be cut, and they are not made with natural rubber latex.
