Kiinde Medical Direct-Pump Twist Adapters screw directly onto Kiinde Twist Pouches, so breast milk can be pumped straight into the pouch with no bottle in between and no transfer after pumping. The adapters come in two versions, made for the two pump threads they fit. The plastic is recyclable and free of BPA, phthalates and PVC, and the adapters are safe for the top dishwasher rack and for steam sterilizers. Sold as a pack of 4 adapters.
