The DeVilbiss Traveler Replacement Air-Inlet Filter Kit with Cover and Bracket is designed for use with the DeVilbiss Traveler Portable Compressor Nebulizer System(Model 6910P-DR). This kit includes 5 replacement filters, a filter cover, and a bracket for easy installation. The Traveler Nebulizer System is an ideal travel nebulizer machine for people with asthma, as it consistently turns liquid medicine into aerosol therapy and delivers it to the lungs in uniform concentrations at the touch of a button.
How to Change the DeVilbiss Traveler Air Filter
- Remove the existing filter by pulling back the filter cover tab and then pulling out the filter from the unit. Discard the old filter. The filter cover tab should remain attached to the device.
- Replace with a new filter. Additional filters should be purchased from your DeVilbiss provider.
- Push the new filter into position, and replace the filter cover.
Note: Nebulizer filters should be changed every 6 months or sooner if discoloration occurs. Do not reuse or wash the filter, or substitute any other material such as cotton for a DeVilbiss air-inlet filter, as it may result in compressor damage.
