Coloplast SenSura Flex skin barriers are the flat, cut-to-fit body-side component of the SenSura Flex two-piece pouching system. The barrier attaches to the skin around the stoma and carries the adhesive coupling that connects a SenSura Flex closed or drainable pouch, which is a separate product. The line covers standard wear and Xpro extended wear, and the four sizes are distinguished by their coupling colors — green, red, yellow and gray.

Sizing and Selection
Choose the size whose stoma-opening range covers the measured stoma, then trim the cut-to-fit opening to the stoma once the flange is in place. Xpro extended wear is offered in the three smaller sizes; the 3-1/2 in (88 mm) flange is standard wear only. The coupling color identifies the size across the barrier and the pouches it connects to.
