PRODUCT DETAILS
Abbott FreeStyle Lancets are sterile, single-use blood lancets made from very thin, 28 gauge (0.36 mm) sterilized stainless steel, part of the Abbott FreeStyle blood glucose monitoring line from Abbott Diabetes Care. Each lancet is the disposable tip loaded into a lancing device: when the meter prompts for a reading, the device draws a small blood drop from the test site for home glucose testing with the meter, and the used lancet is discarded. Per Abbott, the lancets are for use with the FreeStyle Lancing Device I or II and fit almost all other lancing devices, so no FreeStyle meter is required. Sold as 100 lancets.
