Transpore White surgical tape from 3M is a white paper-plastic hybrid tape for general-purpose securement. It combines the breathability of paper tape with the moisture resistance of plastic tape, and its acrylate adhesive holds firmly on dry skin without pulling or stretching during application. A bi-directional tear edge lets the tape cut cleanly in either direction, even when hands are gloved. The tape material is a plastic blend not made with natural rubber latex. Transpore White is used for blood draws, lightweight dressings, secondary securement of IV lines, and non-critical tubing.
