Application and Removal
Apply the tape to the skin without pulling or stretching it. The tape is sold pre-stretched and attempts to return to its original state, so pulling or stretching it during application may result in tension blisters. Do not pull the tape perpendicular to the skin. To remove it, loosen the leading edge, stabilize the skin with one finger at the peel line, and remove the tape low and slow.
