Torbot Healskin Stoma Powder, 8 oz

Torbot Healskin Powder is a stoma powder in an 8 oz size, used during an ostomy pouch change on skin around the stoma that is a little wet or open. A light sprinkle goes on just that part of the skin, is patted with a skin wipe and left to dry before the new pouch is put on. Sold individually.

Using Stoma Powder During a Pouch Change

Once the old pouch is off, check the skin around the stoma and wipe it with a skin wipe. If the skin is a little wet, sprinkle some stoma powder on just the wet or open part. Pat the skin wipe over the powder, then let the area air-dry for 1 to 2 minutes before putting on the new pouch.
