Ostomy Barrier Extenders

A barrier extender is a thin, flexible adhesive ring applied over the outer edge of an ostomy barrier or flange, sealing that perimeter against water and against the lifting that loosens an edge over a day. It does not replace the barrier; it holds the one already in place, which is what extends wear time between changes.

This selection is organised by flange size and shape, round or square, matched to the flange rather than to the stoma. Transparent films leave the barrier edge visible so it can be checked without lifting anything.
