3M Medipore +Pad Soft Cloth Adhesive Wound Dressing is a sterile, all-in-one island dressing that pairs a breathable soft cloth tape border with a non-adherent absorbent pad in a single ready-to-apply unit. The soft cloth backing is porous and breathable, conforming to body contours while allowing air in and moisture out, and the non-adherent pad stays off the wound to help minimize disruption to healing tissues at dressing change. The 3500 series carries eight sizes, each pairing an overall dressing size with a central pad sized to it.
